A modest proposal for arresting and indicting GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger

In an article published yesterday, journalist Paul Sperry added to the growing evidence that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger broke the law in order to conceal fraud in the 2020 election. So what can be done, if anything, to bring Mr. Raffensperger to justice?

As a practical matter, most of us already know that Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr (a RINO) and Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (a Democrat) will never pursue a case that might call the 2020 election into question. The U.S. Department of Justice and the FBI are equally biased, if not more so. So how do you get justice when the establishment is running interference?

In Texas, I’ve had some success as a private citizen by sending letters directly to grand jurors and asking them to investigate (you can ask Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton how that turned out for him). I don’t know what the rules are in Georgia about approaching a grand jury directly, but I did stumble across an interesting publication from the Prosecuting Attorney’s Council of Georgia.
