Smith, Jr. \u00a0You can read the full appeal letter by <a href=\"http:\/\/lawflog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016.01.18-Appeal-of-Walter-Smith-reprimand.pdf\">clicking here<\/a>. \u00a0Here&#8217;s an excerpt:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>&#8230;one must wonder how many felonies a judge needs to commit before the Judicial Council is willing to recommend impeachment. Is one not enough? If a courthouse security officer had forcibly groped E.S., he would have been fired summarily and probably arrested.
