I haven’t posted on Ye Olde Lawflogge for three-and-a-half years, but it looks like the FBI is still playing as dirty as ever. On March 24, 2024 Chief Judge Amos Mazzant of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas ordered the FBI and the Justice Department to (1) produce affidavits regarding Seth Rich’s electronic devices and (2) answer questions that the government should have answered more than a year ago. This evening’s filing only raises more questions.
The FBI produced a “Notice of Compliance,” an affidavit from the FBI records section, an affidavit from an Assistant U.S. Attorney in DC, an affidavit from an FBI forensics supervisor, and a purported Vaughn index. In a Vaughn index, the government is supposed to explain what it withheld and why, but this Vaughn index isn’t much better than the last one. Kash Patel’s FBI is still operating just like Christopher Wray’s FBI, hiding records and thumbing its nose at court orders.
I have only begun to analyze what the FBI did and didn’t produce, but below I’ve posted an initial analysis from Claude AI. Other analyses are welcome, and feel free to send those observations to me on X at @Ty_Clevenger.
Ty, it is very hard to read your LawFlog now due to your inadequate and inability to complete our Federal lawsuit with TXDPS (Darren Lubbe v. Milanovich) Lawflog (Archive-November 2018). In 2018, you filed our lawsuit and were doing great in the fight for our truth, but at the same time, you concealed not only from the Court, but us that you were abusing drugs and not only “no showed” the 5th Circuit of Appeals once, but twice. We even purchased a plane ticket for you. 5-6 years down the drain and left us devastated even without a reasonable explanation or an apology. We still dont know the truth whether or not you were paid off by the Rangers or TXDPS. We could have filed with the Bar, but we chose to be lenient with you. I think about it almost daily and wonder why you are writing this article pointing fingers at corruption, when you Ty, were the corrupt one yourself! So, it is hard to read this and i just had to say something because I let your wrong decisions affect our federal lawsuit, which we should have prevailed because we had so much evidence on TXDPS Corruption and their evil retaliation against me and my wife for doing the right thing and reporting their abuse of power and cover ups. Shame on you, Ty Clevenger!
Just to let you know, I checked out your website and found it to be quite fascinating and instructive. I look forward to reading many of your postings Moto X3m.
These moments are created by your decisions and the game’s mechanisms, so they are not scripted but still seem very personal. retro bowl
